Hoosier Truck Rally | An All Chevy/GMC Truck Event | August 9th, 2025

It all began with an idea of an informal truck gathering. Now into our fourth year, we have moved our homegrown event to White River Valley Antique Association grounds in Elnora, Indiana! A venue with history, and onsite camping available. We hope to see more trucks come and enjoy some Hoosier hospitality. Please check out our where to stay page for more area info.

What type of trucks are allowed? Chevrolet & GMC only, All years are welcome. Pick ups, Blazers, Jimmys, S10s, Sonomas, ElCaminos, Tahoes, Yukons, Panel trucks and Suburbans. Stock or Modified, 2wd or 4wd, New or Old, Lifted or Lowered.

Is the show rain or shine? Yes, the show is happening on August 9th.

How much is it for spectators? $5 for each adult, 14 and younger are free with paid adults. Cash only.

How much is truck registration? Pre-register $20. Day of show $25. $5 discount before July 26th. Each truck registration incl. 2 adult passes. Children enter free with paid adults. Please note: Cash only the day of the event.

How much are swap meet spaces? Vendor spaces are $25 and up depending on space and wristbands needed.

How do I pay for items at the show? The show is CASH ONLY. This includes truck registration, swap meet registration, spectator admission, event merchandise, silent auction purchases.

What is the time schedule for the day? We are in the Eastern time zone. Truck & Spectator gates open at 8:00 am, Truck registration is open 8:30 am - Noon, Silent auction 10:00 am to 2:00 pm with winners announced shortly after, Specialty awards given out at 3pm.

All vendors expected to set up 6:00 am-9:00 am. Please check with us if you want to set up Friday.

Will there be food? Yes, There will be multiple food vendors on site.

Where can I get a show shirt or other merchandise? Event T-shirts, license plates and stickers will be available at the event registration booth. Cash only.

Can I put up a canopy/tent? Yes and encouraged, there are no shade trees. Please use common sense and tie it down & do not block parking spots.

Is there trailer parking? Yes, there is trailer parking on site inside the entrance gate.

Can I bring something to help get around? Handicapped mobility items only, No ATVs, side by sides, motor bikes or trikes. Staff will be using golf carts.

Can I pay the registration fee and purchase merchandise with a credit card? No, this is a cash only event.

Are pets allowed? Due to the liabilities, we ask that you do not bring any pets.

Is there going to be a Silent Auction or Raffles? There will be a silent auction. All the money raised at both will go to the Indiana Donor Network. All purchases will be paid for in cash.

What will the silent auction benefit? All the money raised at the silent auction will be donated to the Indiana Donor Network. Silent Auction bidding will be open from 10:00 am - 2:00 pm.

Can I video or take drone photos? You can take pictures and ground videos as much as you want but NO DRONES. We have a drone service hired to take drone footage and we do not want to have issues with more than 1 drone flying.

General rules: No glass bottles, no underage drinking, Parents are responsible for their children, Must comply with local laws and hazardous material guidelines, No weapons, No Drugs.
